Hmm... I'm wondering if the headlight auto leveling will still work after the swap.

Why not??
Use the same system and sensor: 8R0-941-285E and 4H0-907-357B

The problem with auto-leveling only comes when you swap regular (H7) headlights for HIDs. I'm swapping HIDs for HIDs.

Yes, they do come with yellow turn signals, but I'm from Poland - shipping them to the US would probably add $300 to the total price, which makes buying them locally probably a better option.

spijun - since you seem to have an access to the ETKA, could you please check the Audi part #s for the rubber hoses that connect to the headlights ?

I belive those hoses were added to avoid vapor condensation inside the headlights. They were not present on pre-FL headlights, and the FL headlights I bought came without those, so I need to order those as well.
