Coming from an SQ5, any one of these choices would be a step down in terms of options and performance except the Macan Turbo, which would be a major step up in price. The SQ5 is certainly unique in this segment right now.

it's sad that i am already thinking of this since i bought my SQ only 7 months ago. i am feeling guilty owning a car that costs as much as i paid. i truly love it; i just can't justify owning it. it's not that i can't handle the payments - rule of thumb is < 20% of your net monthly pay for car payment - which i have covered. it's more about practicality and self-imposed guilt having come from a lower middle-class upbringing. i come from a fairly long line of Subarus. i was looking at the Forester, which would be quite a change! i am hoping to stick it out until the warranty on the SQ runs out so i have 2.5 years to think about it.

I thought the 20% of net pay guideline was for mortgage payments vs. car payments.
