All weather mats?
Hey guys.
I just bought my first Audi - a 2104 Q5 - and love it. Wondering if I should pick up the all weather floor mats from the dealer (I can get them at cost) or buy them aftermarket. Any opinions on those? Thanks very much!

I've always been a big fan of weathertech floor liners for many cars past, but this is one instance where I actually prefer the oem Q5 rubber mats. Cheaper and better coverage on the passenger's side. For you, it's a no-brainer at cost.

What does everyone think of Weather Tech vs OEM?
I live in south Florida and I am debating if I need the all weather mats inside the cabin. Only thing to protect against is sandals containing sand and the occasional wet shoe's..
The premium mats with the silver stitching would look nice with the Sline package I am getting.
decisions decisions..
I am 100% for sure getting one for the back(OEM or Weather Tech) as I carry around soccer goals, scuba diving gear and other stuff that will not be clean...

I have the OEM all weather mats on my Audi and the weathertech floor liner on my Honda. I prefer the OEM floormat because it feels more comfortable on my foot and the rubber gives you better grip. The weathertech is a better fit and covers more nooks, but it's very stiff and slippery. The coverage of the OEM mat is good enough for me since my shoes only trek in snow/water/dirt. I don't throw sandy beach gear or anything like that in the car - that's what my truck is for.

+1 for the OEM all weather mats. I have them in my new Q5, and they look better than the weather tec, and are not slippery. Carpet mats get dirty very quickly, and the OEM mats are easy to clean.
