Imagine the standard Q5....just better. That's what s-line adds.

I had a regular 2.0t & 3.2 with 18" rims. My Q5 with 20" s-line rims rides better due to the adaptive suspension in comfort.

Here, check out the last pics on the first page. That is my new addition. Teak Brown s-line plus with all the trimmings. My model is a Premium plus. Didn't waste the money on the prestige.

Ok, so I found the same vehicle I wanted in transit to another dealer and may have shaved 6 weeks off my delivery schedule... I'm kind of excited about that! The only downside is that I was kind of enjoying the anticipation, and I really don't NEED the car before June when my daughter inherits my current ride, but what the heck... why not. Here are the specs and plans

2014 Q5 Prem Plus 3.0 TDI
Lava Gray / Black
S Line
MMI/Nav
B&O sound system
Audi Side Assist
Tow Hitch (kind of torn on this as it's expensive, and I only use it for my bike rack from time to time, and my wife has hitch on her van). I may delete it since the new vehicle doesn't have it currently.

Plans:
- Xpel clear bra
- Opti-guard
- Matching front window tint
- Wheel spacers and maybe a powder coat on the stock peelers

Sounds good! I use the hitch for my bike rack about once a week and to me it's totally worth it but depends on your needs. It is definitely an expensive option, but much nicer than an aftermarket solution. I personally would not get a Q5 without the S-line package so I think that is the right decision.

Nice! I know what you mean about the anticipation cause I am in the same shoes as you. ETA to Brunswick Port is 17 March and I guess add some days to that for transport on to here so probably early last week of March.
