Rear hatch interior trim removal?
Any pictures out there showing where all the clips and screws are? Any quick tutorial for removal? I need to access the inside of the rear hatch.

The illustration is definitely the Q5 hatch diagram...
...exactly as it appears in ETKA, the Audi official electronic parts catalogue.
