This actually seems to be a pretty common issue..

New vehicle warranties are always transferable. BTW, Audi Care is not a warranty package, it is a scheduled maintenance program, which is also transferable.

Unfortunately, it's way out of the 50K miles original manf. warranty.

Are you talking about when sitting still or when moving slowly and steering? There is a hose replacement for the steering if the wheel seems to shudder when you turn it at slow speed. It was done to my 2010 Cabriolet. I am not sure if it applies to the Q5 V6.

My Q5 sometimes has a tingle in the steering at idle with the car in gear. It comes and goes.

mostly at very slow speeds backing up... like 2 mph.. also is there a way to get the mileage off the DTC I want to show something else there like hours or something.

That sounds like the problem that I had with my 2010 Cabriolet. They changed a hose and it got better. It doesn't completely go away after the fix.

You have two ways of changing the display in the center. There is a button on the underside of the wiper stalk. Have you found the rocker switch on the end of the wiper stalk? Both of those change what's in the middle.
