Default Q5 2010 Transmision Harsh shifting

Hi guys
I have a 2010 Q5 Premium plus 3.2. I noticed when the car is cold there is a harsh shifting between 2 and 3 gear. when the transmission upshifts between 2 and 3 the drop on the tachometer is 700 to 900 rpm. When the other gears shift the drops is 300 to 500 rpm. Last week I left my car at the dealership but after 1.5 hours driving the car was warm so the transmission didn't do it. I left the car there and next morning they check it with the computer plugged in and they told me that they drove another Q5 and this is normal pattern for Q5. But I think this is not right. The harsh is so noticeable that if I have a full cup of coffee in my hand I would of spill it. Is anybody here experience the same problem and possibly have a solution or advice how to deal with the dealership. My car is still under warranty but only for another 2 and a half weeks. So I don't have to much time to do a research. Please help and thank you in advance.

The car has only 31K miles and it has been doing this since I bought it a year ago. I put only 8K miles.
