Window deflectors/visors? Needed to stop rain and wind noise?

Rain come in with windows cracked? And if so what is best answer? WeatherTech vs Ventashade vs AVS vs EGR...
What seems to be the best window shield? To stop noise and rain with the windows down a inch or so.

Weathertech. They are low profile and fit within the gap for the glass. I've seen some that stick to the outside of the door and simply look awful as a result.
