I had an excellent experience with my Q5 negotiation, purchase, and pick up and I told the salesperson how much I enjoyed working with her. She was just great. When I picked the car up she did mention the survey and that she feels funny asking me to please provide 10's etc, but that her quarterly bonus is very much tied to this.

I agree that a survey like this, if not answered honestly, doesn't really help Audi address issues that arise. But in a sense, that's Audi's problem, and I really wouldn't want to penalize my salesperson financially, especially since I like her and saw how hard she worked. So I'm ok with "playing the game" a bit, even if strictly speaking I might not give 10's across the board (not sure she really walked me through the entire service dept--one of the questions for example). Of course, I'm more apt to feel this way because of the positive experience. If I wasn't so happy with the service, I wouldn't be so generous.

What email address does the survey come from?

I got one today from:
AudiSales@audifeedback.com

But what is odd is that Audifeedback.com is a parked domain.

http://www.betterwhois.com/bwhois.cg...itbtn=Continue

The domain is owned by:
http://www.surveysampling.com/

the survey links to domain:
surveys.surveynetwork.com

BUT the funny thing is, I have yet to receive my car. It was supposed to be here a week ago. I filled out most of the paper work in preparation, to make the day of pick, a much easier process.

One of the papers I filled out was for my email address.

I will be waiting until after my delivery to fill out the survey.. I have yet to have the salesperson mention the survey.

We picked up the car on 9/30 and yesterday I evening I got the survey. The sales guy definitely talked to me about it. He was awesome so I'll give him the 10s he so desires, but I fully agree that it is beyond silly the way Audi evaluates the surveys.
