Default RS Q3 and RS Q3 Sportback Announced

Audi AG posted their press release today. Cars go into production around mid-November, with first deliveries in Germany from December. The pricing is around 12% more than an RS3 sedan. One report I read (Autoblog) suggested they would not be coming to North America, but that report lacked accurate information in other areas, so perhaps did on regional availability. I think the Sportback looks pretty good. The previous RS Q3 was a fun car.

I HATE that people are sooo enamored with turning SUVs into Sport Cars, I mean...

...Whole Molly, that thing looks sweeeeeeet!

(Joking aside... I think i’ll have to take a ‘pass’. I am looking for some more room, since this won’t fit bikes and gear in the back. But, dang, this would be a good companion to my RS5 Sportback.)

i read that article too. Car & Driver stated otherwise. and then there are other articles stating that Audi hasn't yet decided on whether they will bring it here - they are waiting to see how the new Q3 does first. so i am not sure who to believe on this, but i hope C&D is right! i would love to drive one of these things. even if it is missing some of the nice-to-haves that the Q5 series has (heated steering wheel, ventilated seats, etc.), i would still consider buying one.
