Default Q3 Performance and MPG

What are people hearing about any future changes to the Q3 powerplant?

? It is the latest iteration of the EA888--Gen 3B. Various other Audi 4 banger applications still need to catch up to it. Chip co's still seem to need to get around to it too. On fuel economy side, they could go to one of the smaller Euro engines but never do for USA market. Ditto now on TDI, which is in Europe but with the obvious debacle here. There is also the Miller cycle flavor of 3B, but info on factors affecting how Audi deploys that (like in B9?) is slim.

For max state of performance art, look to Euro RS Q3. Not getting to USA. They have never done an "S" type application AFAIK, which would be a TTS/S3/Mk 7 Golf R 2.0T flavor.

My guess for more power and economy in a USA application would be a PHEV. TBD. See Q5e just released.
