Q3 collision?

No but just looking at what I can see, that’s probably around 14k-18k worth of damage and for a 2023 don’t see that being totaled. However, cannot tell if you have any engine damage or the amount of subframe damage or if your seatbelts locked up

Guessing you are okay, which is good.
You can't judge damage based on one picture. Because of the nature of the impact the car should be placed on a chassis jig to ensure the unibody is within spec.
You have to have a professional body shop investigate the damage and, if insurance is involved, report to an adjuster.
But, since you're asking online, I would double the above estimate at a minimum. You need a new painted/blended hood, painted/blended fender, paint/blended airdam, grille, headlight, various brackets (some of which get bonded/welded/riveted), ACC sensor, parking sensor, potential wiring harness repairs, software and sensor calibration. That's without knowing if there is any unibody, suspension, or wheel damage. As a precaution that suspension and wheel corner should be automatically replaced or carefully inspected (preferrably the former). You also need to take into account how the car was towed; often times the truck operator can hook onto parts prohibited for hooking (such as a suspension arm) and damage them.
But, I'm neither an insurance adjuster nor a collision repair professional, so please don't take my notes as conclusive. I would urge you have a qualified collision repair facility (preferably one certified by Audi) investigate the vehicle.
