I am purchasing used car 2022 Audi Q3 45kms
considering about extend warranty plan - but anyone help
I have manufacture warranty till 2027 mileage 100k.
not driving much and driving in town

I heard Audi denied warranty due to negligence of owner and modify parts when you did oil change not at audi dealers.

do you have any experience " Denied extend warranty?"

Does Audi Q3 had many problems, spend money to fix before 100kms mileage ?

Not sure what country you’re in but in the US, a manufacturer cannot deny a warranty claim unless the owner caused the issue by modifying the vehicle or failed to perform required maintenance. The denial would only be for the parts affected (cannot deny a problem with the electronics due to an engine modification). I change my own oil and just keep receipts. They cannot deny warranty for someone doing their own work or using another mechanic to perform work.

I wouldn’t believe what people are saying on that. A dealer cannot force someone to pay them for services. Now if someone did the service themselves and did it wrong or didn’t save receipts, yes I could see that.
