there is a way to cycle/run the pump without engine on(I did it 2 years ago but dont remember how). anybody know?

Hey 1999 Audi, I would like to know how? I am gettin code 16795 and I figue it is either the combi valve our SAI pump. How do you test a "combi valve"?

connect VAG-COM
hit engine button then -> on the right group of buttons hit button with 03 on it(basic on it I beleive) then -> hit next, next until you will see and hear SAI pump cycle on and off.
