Recoding key fob

Hi, i got an 2005 A4 cab and i've been disconnecting the battery to do some work. After reconnecting it i reprogramed the clock, windows and key fob. Everything is working just fine exept the open/close windows and top from the key hole driver side door. I tried and done different way to recoding the key fob remote but its always the same. I notice that when i lock the doors with the remote, the little red light is flashing about nine to ten times rapidly.
Anything will help
Best regards

the light blinks that fast then should return to blink every 2 seconds.

as for the windows. put key in to on position,

press and hold window switch down all the way(click the auto down)
youll hear the window motor stop.
then release and do the same to bring it up.

then test the auto down/up. do this for all windows.

the module needs to "learn" the position and limit of the windows before the auto function/keyfob will work.

That's good info. Didn't even know you could roll the windows down with the fob. Have to try that on mine...

with the key, oem is put key in door lock and turn to unlock and hold the windows will go down, to bring them back up, turn to lock position.

with vag com

you can press and hold the lock button to close windows and sunroof(if open)

press and hold unlock button to open windows.(will not open sunroof)
