Stereo Install Issues Please Help!

Ok, so I ordered the Metra 70-1787 wiring harness and followed the directions for Bose systems. Hooked up the stereo and only was getting sound from the front right speaker, as well as the sub. Has anyone ran into this before? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to what i might not have wired correctly?

The stereo that Iam trying to install is the Sony XAV-63.

Thanks!

Double check your Headunits settings, so you can be sure that:
1: Balance is set to center.
2: That the RCA-output for Rear/Sub is set to 'Rear' otherwise
it will probably filter out anything above 80-120 Hz.

Also check that you haveŽnt choosen the wrong pair of RCA-connectors.
Im specifically think of the fact that the rear AUX-connectors (in form of
RCA-connectors) is together with the preouts.

As the sub work, you can be sure that remote and one pair of RCA:s is connected, but the fact that its only low frequenses thats thumping
it may well be that the preout for Rear/Sub is set faulty.

Yup the balance and fader is all center to center as well as the RCA output is set to Rear. Looks like the issue might be a bad RCA plug from the wiring harness. When i move the RCA cables from the rear to the front and vice versa the one plug for the speaker that is not working does not produce any audio..
I have a replacement coming in the mail, hopefully thats the issue.
