Jacking Points?
 

Was looking to jack up the Q5 today, Besides the side rail jacking points, I prefer when using my trolley jack to lift from the center jack points.

I found the rear one easily, I could not find a front one. It was all covered by plastic. Usually there is a spot in the middle of the front wheels near the cross member to jack. Couldn't find it.

Any of you guys know?

Interested as well. Where did you find a spot in the rear?

rear cross member. right in the middle of the vehicle. right below the rear diff is a nice cross member.

Thanks. Was looking at that but afraid to try it there.

How about asking AoA or your dealer as some 'looks good' jacking points may be lightened and not structurally strong enough for the stress...
