WTB A6 w/ACC
 

I decided it's time for me to have a automobile that I look forward to driving as opposed to simply having transportation. That said I am in the market for an A6. The one option that is a must have for me is Adaptive Cruise Control. The research I have done hints that it first became available on the A6 on the 2011 3.0T Prestige. However I have been unable to find one for sale.

Can any of you A6 experts tell me when ACC was first offered on the A6?

I want to say 2008

Not sure about 2005 C6s but it was an option on the 2006 models, so anything 2006+ might have it. I'm sure it's a more common option on newer years though.

Below is the 2006 options list where you can find it listed under "Comfort and Convenience"

It was not offered in 2005

I have an 08 with it.
