Anyone aware of road test of the 2014 SQ5 TFSI? I coundn't find one online.

Nope. Nothing.
That said, I took one for a test drive yesterday. I am in no way a professional car reviewer, but it was, compared to mine, astonishing. I think I wet myself a little bit.

The problem is that SQ5 TFSI is currently available only in North America markets

SQ5 TFSI is not only North America... you're forgetting that little country called China. A world power that's only Audi's biggest market worldwide lol :)

For your information SQ5 TFSI is not yet available in the Chinese market, currently only Q5 and Q5 hybrid (3.0TFSI - 272HP, 3.0TDI - 245HP)lol :)

Not just for the Chinese market:

The Audi SQ5 has been designed specifically for the following markets: United States, Canada, Russia, China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and the Ukraine. In Germany and many other European markets, the SQ5 TDI takes its place as the sporty top model in its series.
The big difference is what is available and what will be available :)

PS: If exists a test- reviews, I suppose that in the Chinese language
