THE ENGINE SOUNDS PERFECT NO DINGS OR WEIRD NOISES RUNS SMOOTH LIKE ALWAYS I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AND THEY TOLD ME IT MITE BE A RING ON THE PISTON OR THE TURBO OR A BLOWN HEAD GASKET WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? WOULD I HAVE TO REPLACE THE HEAD TOO? CAN I DO ANYTHING SO IT STOPS SMOKING SO MUCH? I HAVENT MOVED THE CAR SINCE THIS HAPPENED TO MEJUST ONCE TO THE MECHANIC I NEED HELP

your turbo failed.

Like Prospeeder said, sounds like the turbo is shot. You can usually take out the O2 sensor and use a boroscope to view the turbine. Or pull off the inlet snorkel to the compressor housing and see the turbo wheel. It will usually be loose and oily when the turbo is blown.

I had the same issue, replaced the turbo, things seem to run fine for a while, but then started white smoking again and I have massive amounts of coolant in the engine oil that I can't seem to figure out where its coming from and my compression numbers are good..well, maybe not great, but here they are...would this indicate a blown HG?
Cylinder 1: 180 psi
Cylinder 2: 155 psi
Cylinder 3: 155 psi
Cylinder 4: 180 psi

yes. If you can imagine, the head warps from the middle, so being the middle 2 are lower, indicates that yes it warped the head or blew the gasket. Really nothing else except the oil cooler is going to put coolant in the oil. But if its actually burning it. and its not the turbo. yea head
