7" In Dash Touchscreen Computer, MP3, Divx, GPS Done! w/Pics

So after the 4 days of bondo and sanding, the new screen for the car computer is done! I will never do that much sanding again as long as i live. It took atleast 10 layer of bondo and primer to get the shape and smooth surface i was looking for. If you see it in person the work is much more impressive. Now running Windows XP, and a front end program for winamp, i can play mp3s, movies, gps, even N64 emulation all by touch. I uploaded some pictures for those of you that are interested. The computer system is a mini-itx motherboard that fits into a custom plexi case about 7" square by 4". It sits in the trunk next to my subs. The mobo runs of a DC/DC powersupply, a 30GB hard drive, USB soundcard, USB GPS, and an ATI 7500 video card. Wireless keyboard for data entry. I hope to work in wireless internet soon so that from my driveway i can download songs from my network or check my email. So far about 3000 MP3's and 4 Divx Movies, Nintendo emulators for the orginal, SNES, and N64. The GPS is a Delorme Earthmate. Works perfect with Street Atlas 2003 with voice command. I changed out the handsfree mic with a computer mic, and i can control the nav with just the mic. All is done for now, but more to come in the future.
