I had noticed that but wasn't sure if my eyes were decieving me.

I've never seen a blowout that bad before.

Mine was leaking between 4/5 but basically was just some black crud in-between the two. You have some major metal missing.

I'd say start looking for a new head.

I'm more than a bit worried about the block too. I'd have the deck checked before putting on a new head too.
