Fuel Line - Recall Notice Received
 
It's official, Audi recognizes the fuel line leak.

I received the Safety Recall 20U6 - Fuel Line notice today for 2013-2014 S6 and S7 models.

Called my dealer to make an appointment, they hadn't heard of the recall yet. They looked it up and found it, it just came out. The appointment was set for a week from now because they need to get the parts.

Wow.

Truly embarrassing on Audi's part. Fuel line recalls are terrible for public image. Ford recalled 450,000 vehicles in June for faulty fuel-lines and that is still an on-going PR nightmare for them. Dark days gentlemen, dark days indeed.

Can you scan/obfuscate any personal details and post it? I'd like something to take to my dealer.

Dealers should know about this already. Not sure why they wouldn't at this point.

Just received mine in the mail as well. Guess I'll be without my car for a few days next weeks. Sucks because I've only had it a month. :(

Got mine today. Good timing as I need to schedule my 25,000 mile service.
