Can you turbocharge a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T AWD Automatic? Or chip it to gain some hp?

Audi anticipated your request and added a turbo to your engine the same time they added the "T" to the 2.0 designation.

Yes. Apr has upgrade info for this engine here:

GIAC and REVO may also have tunes etc available.
