Got my S6 today !!!!

Only drove it home from the dealer, and very carefully at that, as it was rush hour and very dark out at this time of year.

First thing was to get her properly cleaned. Sprayed on some Auto Finesse citrus cleaner, then sprayed with a power washer, then used my new heated forced air car dryer. Got all the winter road grime right off completely touchless. Next, I went over the entire car with my Griot's Spray On Car Wash. This is a simply fantastic product. This is all in prep for my Wolf Chemical nano sealant that I will be applying. After that it will be better equipped to handled the winter grime. My S6 is going to be my daily driver.

A quick question....

What is the fender height on the car when parked? Fender gap seems quite large. I am just wondering if my dealer forgot to remove the shipping blocks, although the ride seems fine.

Congratz on the new S6.

Grab your flashlight and look at the shocks at the top side of the wheel. You should see a orange cylinder. Shipping blocks are yellow and if not removed, they sit on top of the orange piece.

They wouldn't be like this due to the air suspension, I think. Nonetheless, my car was sitting on the highest ride height setting. Much better now.

congrats and enjoy! p.s. the orange cylinder that sits on top of the shocks are called bump stops.

Anyone have recommendations on a product that can act as a heated car dryer and a vacuum?
