Changing Bulb Tail Lights To LED's

I understand the VAG Com uses different codes than the Dealer's computer when reprogramming this change. Can someone tell me if there is a cross-reference for the VAG Com and Dealer's codes?

Check forums and google. Lots have done this mod.

so they have no codes.
