torque converter removal?
 
hi anyone can help as far remove torque converter from 2.7t engine-tranny any tips for install new one
and do i buy the audi oem or rebuilt this one or buy one from some online stores?
got my engine out i think i need rear seal oil is everywhere...

Get a 24mm socket to turn the crank. You need a T55 torx to remove the torque converter from the flex plate. There is a small inspection hole on the bottom of the engine. Rotate engine until you see a torx and remove it, repeat twice more.

ok i did thanks..
any tips as far put new one on or geting a rebuild one?
as far put in do i nstall it on engine side or keep it in tranny and then bolt it when i put engine in place?

You must install it onto the transmission, and properly seat it first. There is a spec for this.

Basically you place it on, and rotate and keep pushing in, eventually it will bottom out with allt he splines properly engauged. If you do not do this correctly, the fluid pump will be crushed.
