75000 mile service

what has anyone paid for their 75000 mile service? Did you follow the recommended service - replace timing belt and water pump? My dealer is quoting $2200.

I had a similar price on from a local dealer here in CT. I'm sure there is a local indy that will do it for less. Check on your local forum for a reference.

I payed $2200 for mine... they had my car for a day and gave me a 2009 TT. I only have 1 Audi dealership by me. I didnt trust my local import shop with the job...

The timing belt is the bulk of the pricing. You may want to get pricing from a third party garage. 2k was what I'd was quoted too.

1800 all in

I got it done at local steeler here in LA. TB, WP, Pulleys, etc Dont think you would be saving too much at an indy. Either way it is a big job and if that belt skips one tooth, your hosed. I would work the dealer a bit to see if they can knock off a few $$.
