He wants a 2brdm with at least 1,000-1,200 sqr. ft. It seems like nothing is under $2500 for that. Hell, all the 1 bdrms are $1600-2000 for about 750-900sq ft. Yeah, these are newer buildings, but still, the rates seemed to have jumped considerably over the past 6months or so.
