Anybody else get a notice in the mail about a class action lawsuit against VWGoA?

Something about VWGoA failed to make certain secure codes and encryption data strings available to locksmiths & repair shops causing people to bend over and grab their ankles for dealerships to replace/fix keys.

interesting read, but seems like a silly lawsuit.
