I am Matt Ammon's (aka OWK's) mother. Sorry that it has taken me so long to open an account and post to this forum. The holidays were very difficult for me, as you can imagine. I want to thank you all very much for the beautiful flowers that you sent for Matt's funeral. He would have gotten a kick out of the Nogaro blue carnations. Paul (my husband, Matt's stepfather), Larry (Matt's dad), and I enjoyed meeting a number of you at Wednesbeersday during our second trip out to Seattle. Thank you for all of the tributes to Matt that you have posted on this forum, and for sharing your stories about him with us.

Matt is still very much in our thoughts. Not a day has gone by that I haven't thought of him. We're all very grateful to have met him... he definitely had an impact on everyone who had the pleasure to know him.
