OT RANT: Are we really this litigious?
I'm watching the Memorial Cup on the NHL network and there's this commercial on for one of those parental internet monitoring programs.
They are showing a shot of packaging, but there's a HUGE asterik by it.

Seriously...they have to qualify that to prevent people from complaining and possilby filing a law suit about how they didn't get a box with their download?
Some days I feel the apocolypse can't come too soon.
