I believe bumper cant be over a certain height and the tires cant extend past fenders

2nd that. I've had 5% on all my cars

got stopped for it once and was able to talk my way out of it. I think that was the only break the WSP has ever given me.

3rd. I don't do tint but never had a problem for no front plate, even when WSP pulled me over

for specifically that. I sure hope Gregoire axes front plates as part of the budget cuts.

I see much worse almost everyday up here in Whatcom and Skagit...

So bad that you can see beneath the truck to the driver of the next car over. Bumpers at eye lever when driving, etc.... How can that be safe?

lucky, I have been stopped for NFP 4 times now between 2 cars!

My girlfriend has had NFP for 2+ years and never been stopped once.
