Loose diamond recommendations? Anybody?

Loose diamond recommendations? Anybody?
I'm sure many others here have the inside track on engagement bling. Was hoping maybe they could share. Looking for something like this:
radiant cut
.8-1.0 carat
E, F, or G
VSI-SI1
Something along those lines. Already have the band figured out, so I just need to source the rock. Any help from the locals would be most appreciated!
Thanks all!

Ha ha ha...should have known...
No...I'm plotting my proposal-attack for BMW-Slayer if you must know. We have came together over our love of lasers. His were for cars. Mine were for sharks.

Leslie Tanaka @ LT Denny
My wife loves her ring - even after 11 years! Excellent service and quality.

http://seattle.citysearch.com/profile/10776469/</a

If in Portland
Call Adrian Mitchell @ 503.827.7859 Tell him that Eric Carman gave you his number. He is a diamond broker that sells in bulk to jewelers in the Mall. Has an office downtown Portland. He does some small transactions through referrals only. I bought my wife's diamond loose from him at a far better price than I could find anywhere else. There is also a couple of appraisers/gemologists in the same building if you want to get it checked before you buy it.

Does it have to be in PDX and see it first?
My dad and grandfather were jewelers in Detroit for 60 years. I worked there all through high school and part of college before moving out here. Pops recently retired but still has his connections and has been doing side stuff for some of my friends who were recently married.
If you are in Portland, they will be here from tomorrow til Aug 25. I guarantee my dad will beat anything you can find locally, unless it is stolen. I know cause my friends have looked all over the place.
Don't believe me? Come see my collection of goodies... between my mom and my wife... holy crap.
G color will be cheaper than E for sure. G/VS2 is a damn nice stone. Also for a touch more advice, if you keep it to under 92 or 93 points you will save more money as the cost per carat will be lower than a stone very close to one carat. And it's all psychological as that 7 or 8 points will not be obvious in the size of the stone.
Email me if interested...
