Futrell Autowerks: Bellevue Store Information
Dear Friends & Customers,
I regret to inform you that the decision has been made and implemented to permanently close our Bellevue, WA location. This was not an easy decision to make, however ultimately I believe it is what's best for not only the company but also for our customers.
Customers of the Bellevue store that have made purchases in the last twelve months or had service work performed in the last six months will receive a postcard with information on warranty claims.
Moving forward our Beaverton store will continue to serve as our company headquarters as well as our flagship store and service center.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers of the greater Seattle area and Thank each of you for your business.
Sincerely,
Dean Futrell
Futrell Autowerks Inc.

Thanks for the great customer service.
I'm sorry to hear that you won't be continuing to operate in Bellevue. Your intent to provide warranty coverage for recent customers in the Bellevue store says a ton about your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Re: Futrell Autowerks: Bellevue Store Information
Other than Redmond Werkshop, and Achtuning is there anywhere to take our cars for maintenance for example I need to change one of my O2 sensors. I also wanted to have piggie pipes done on my car. Now what? Really sucks Futrell is gone, Rob did great work, location was great, and was decently priced for work!

I had same stuff done there and it wasn't anything special...
in fact they let some wires rest on the exhaust manifold resulting in them melting and shorting out on the drive home. When I told them what they did they just shrugged and said "Opps Sorry". Learned my lesson and returned to taking my cars to Redmond Werkshop. Im glad they shut down.

Sad to hear...
My grandfather once owned a bunch of the dealerships in the PNW. My dad had his own shop for a while, and then at least his own tools. I never had to deal with car repairs.
Ten years later, I've gone through numerous mechanics and had all sorts of experiences from bogus bills to intentional damage. Got an Audi a couple years ago, have had my car into Futrell a few times and have a great experience both times. None of the crap I've dealt with elsewhere.
On Monday I put a deposit down on a car across country. It's another Audi and honestly a good portion of the reason it is another Audi is because I had found a shop I felt like I could trust.
