I may be buying something from up there and don't want to ship it over the border because I'm poor.

and its perfectly legal (light controller).

i haven't talked to him about it yet

but they shop is only open during biz hours, so the time schedules may not meet. I'll have to talk to the shop and see if they can make themselves available at odd hours.
