Default Fail. This is one of the most pedantic and silly pet peeves one can have.

BFD if people have fogs on in clear conditions.

Big 2nd, esp. the Mini and Volvo drivers that don't realize they have REAR fogs on, too ;-)

Default So what? I maintain that it's a pedantic, fussy, and uptight pet peeve for a person to have.

Rear fogs are a different story.

Default I agree... in my car they help tremendously with lighting the road in front of me

For whatever reason my oem headlights aren't very bright or precise (somethings up with them I think) so I use the fogs when I need a little extra light at night. Fog or no fog. If you don't like it then bite me. Now driving around with them on during the day, that's a different story. I also use them when I need "extra visibility" like if I want to make sure other cars on the road can see me. I do this on my way to work sometimes when it's still dark out and on highway 203 where huge dump trunks are always pulling out on the highway.
