try advil, stretch it out, don't give in to the pain... alot of it could be psychological.

but then again, you could do more damage... who knows.
I couldn't walk one day and finally saw a doctor. Prescriptions are of no use to me. Pain killers, steroids, anti- inflamatories etc, not working... just waiting for what's next.
Been on floor for weeks with limited movement... just getting worse. I scream when I move the wrong way, can't think properly, concentrate on anything other than the pain in my legs, ankles, toes... (must have damaged the nerve that works those parts)
It took months before I even took a tylonol or advil to help... at that time, the more I did, the better I felt. Getting out of bed and going was the hardest. Now, it takes two hours of prep, just to walk my dog, get into a car etc.
I'm not making sense, probably due to not sleeping more than 2 hrs at a time.
Right now, I'm going to drink coffee, get up, stretch, crawl, get up, stretch, crawl, over and over just so I can take the dog out in an hour. After that, I may feel okay until I stop for 1/2 hour than I'm done for. Currently, I can't stand. My legs will get tingly and in 15 seconds the pain will get so bad that I will fall.

Mine started out as a typical mid-back pull, I started wearing a back support then it all went down-hill.
