I am in college right now and work valet while I am at school. I am still in school for a real estate and investment finance double major. My dad is my financial backer on all my real estate deals for now, and I have roommates that pay my mortgage on my primary house and tenants that pay about double my mortgage on my other duplex. So I don't have very many costs right now... plus I have proved my self to my dad on past real estate deals so he trusts me, and he is getting tax write offs like crazy so he doesn't mind
