I bought a couple of properties as investments and got my real estate license. Figured I would get a tax id to start getting some write offs, protection, etc.

Hopefully going to have a investment real estate firm that flips houses, renovates and rents, etc... that you can buy in only financially or actively manage your properties and use my firm for consulting, deals,etc.
