    I take the intake off and cover it with a plastic bag then seal it with tape. Then do the same......

    for any exposed wires even though most of them are sealed. It's all about piece of mind. Water can get into anything. The most important thing is to make sure you dry everything thoroughly before firing up the engine.


    6 cylinders, 2 small turbos,2 even smaller intercoolers with plastic in and outlets?, stone chips, mesh, 4 wheels with thin tires, 1 disk brake for each wheel, a small scratch on the back seat from my cat, plastic film on the hood, a crunchy shifter, 2 licence plates, lots of speeding tickets even though Louie hardwired my detector, Lots of weapons hidden throughout the car possibly including a vicious pair of cocked and locked H&K .40cal compacts with your name on the bullets, an 2002 A4 Avant with a hot little blonde driver and a car seat for the kid.
