Central to Western LI pretty much. Been in a heavier section, but will be more so. Make sure your car is parked in a flood free area... there will 100% be localized flooding. Looks like rainfall at 1.5" per hour in spots and could persist for a couple hours.
CT will be soon after that, and NJ will have it's share as well. Expect localized flooding.
Depending on what moisture we get from Kyle, we could be looking at 3-7 inches of rain between today and Saturday.
