Went there two weeks ago to look at used A4 Avant and new Jetta TDI - salesman was rude, didn't show much interest, didn't really care to ask what I was looking for, then told us that he can't show us the TDI. We walked out of there without having been shown a single car. Very disappointed. We both vowed to never go there again due to our bad experience.
