Drivin to NY, this SUV cuts into the left lane where the traffic (me and cars behind me) are going 80... steadily. he cuts infront of me to get "around" a semi.. but doesnt speed up and goes 65... so he leaves me about a car length behind him going 80 vs his 65. He sees me "on his ***" and instantly slows down to 50!!! and the semi is going about 55, so moving nowhere fast... and theres a steady lane of traffic in the middle so no passing room.

does this for about 2.5 miles, as i dont want to pass him on the right (and there wasn't really room anyways), but he wont move over. Even worse- to **** me off he glides over to the white line and kicks up all the sand over and over. so i'm hugging the right of the lane, along with alll the traffic hes formed behind me now, causing a painters van to dash to the right lane and pass him.

Its one thing if someone comes up flying behind u tailgating.. but its another if he cuts YOU off and you end up on his tail because thats all the room he left you when he cut you off.. THEN slowing down. ridiculous. ended up passing him within his lane since he was basically in the break down lane at this point, cursing/honking/the works.
I'm sure he just wanted to **** me off for being too close to him, but he was the ******* initially. F*ck off.
