What else can I tell them at Jack Daniels to get them to diagnose my alternator tensioner?!

What else can I tell them at Jack Daniels to get them to diagnose my alternator tensioner?!
As written in the repair order "Whistling noise at cold start between 1300-1500 RPM, then again at 2600-3000." I did say hold it steady at 1400 and youll hear it. They call today and say an inspector is coming for the radiator, and the whistling was so small they couldnt hear it. But I know Im gonna drive all the way up there when the cars finished, walk outside with him, and say oh you didnt hear this? Fix it, then Ill get back in my POS loaner and drive off. I cant find the advisors email to forward him a copy of the TSB about it. Any other ideas?
