Default It's a city parking garage...you pay to use it...
they have 24hr rates, just not sure how much.

Tolls...yeah, if you wanna get into Manhattan, you're gonna pay ($8 now?). Only way around it is to wander off the highway and navigate surface streets to find a free bridge into Manhattan. Not recommended.

Or at this nice place in NJ, I tried that and they wouldn't let me, so I just bolted and past and parked on my own

lose the car's identity by handing it over to a city parking garage as well.....or leaving it in queens....or jersey!
