My thoughts>
I got a nice picture of the rear of my car with an 85 dollars ticket 3 years ago. No points for the same offense.
I also got a nicer fine for the same offense but this time being pulled over by the ever friendly and understanding NYPD (2 months ago) that exceeds the above amount for the same offense.
Court date set for the day after my BDay.
Go figure same offense ....Different brain damage. You can't have a court date with a camera from NYPD traffic.
Happy Bday to me Feb 20th 2007.

Probably a few weeks.... (2-4) They have to review it first.... If its clear, you wont have much of
a defense. I think 80-90% traffic violations with photo become guilty convictions, but YMMV. Dont know the fine, but I think its 2-3 points.
Either way, good luck and lets just hope a tourist took a picture of a good lookin Audi instead of NYC.
