They are NOT honest.

They will look for a reason to charge you(as they did to me).

And they are impossible to deal with if there is a problem.Their service manger (Peter D'Errico)is the rudest ,most arrogant person that I have ever dealt with, that man should not be in contact with any customers.

I should have trusted my instinct and not the positive posts that I have read about them. They operate out of a converted warehouse in an industrial area in North Bergen ,NJ.

Default They may not have a great rep here, but Town Motors in Englewood NJ has been good so far

Ed Parker is a good service rep. Very courteous and easy to work with.

Rear brake pads and wipers were replaced post sale as a courtesy (pads were "noted" during NYS inspection but did not fail; were replaced nonetheless).

Brake light switch and rear defroster were replaced under CPO warranty, only $ out of pocket was the deductible (although I did have to insist + prove that only 1 deductible was due despite 2 visits for the same problem; 2nd visit due to a part needing to be ordered).

No mysterious issues and such were found that they tried to charge me extra for.
