Citi-Habitats seems to have many high quality listings compared to others. Thanks!

Default I don't plan to do much driving during the week - remote parking is a serious option.

Just don't steal my Xenons! (I remember reading a post about that happening in NJ some time ago)

If I end up not using my car at all after a year or so, I may put it up for sale, too.

Default I worked in the Biz, and have some connections..........

I worked as an onsite agent at some of the premier locations in manhattan (no broker fee involved) and still have many contacts in the BIZ. Send me an email with your price range, unit size and preferred location and I'll try to set you up with an onsite agent from my old company. You will not be charged a fee if you go this route. If you want a broker to show you around, I can probably call up some old broker buddy's for ya too.

Default oh, and use the nypost.com/nytimes.com websites too..

they're usually the best cause they carry all the major brokers and have the most up to date listings.
