Default LED license plate trunk lights FTW!
I was hesitant about it at first, since most of the pics I saw online seemed to be VERY bright.

I bought the LED lights from 42 Draft Design...and couldn't be happier. =) They were $6 a bulb, MUCH cheaper than the $50 that ECS Tuning is asking. They give off a nice ambient look...but still subtle and not overpowering. Well worth the little mod.

Default im not sure...but it doesn't look much diff than the new Lexus lights.
Plus if anything, it illuminates the plate more....giving cops an advantage?

Lexus and BMW do use LED license plate lights for the new models. Don't know about any others

I got a set from 42 also. For some reason one looks a lil brighter then the other

Default did you angle the LED downward? Theres only one side that has LEDs
you might need to rotate it.

Default lol, i un-jinxed myself parking next to a cop today at work and bought him a coffee
he guards my car personally while on detail there...woot! just don't spot the missing non DOT ambers.. :-p
